In order to meet the minimum income requirements for one of our apartments, the monthly household income should be no less than 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Maximum annual income limits are based upon the gross annual income (before any taxes or deductions) for the entire household and the number of residents living in the apartment. These income limits are outlined below:
1 Person $25,380
2 People $28,980
3 People $32,640
4 People $36,240
5 People $39,120
6 People $42,060
*There is an occupancy limit of two people per bedroom.
